Model Detail
Olmo-Hybrid-Think-SFT-7B
—Olmo-Hybrid-Think-SFT-7B is a large language model with 7B parameters released by AI2. The model is registered under the text-generation pipeline tag on Hugging Face.
Olmo-Hybrid-Think-SFT-7B ships with 7B parameters.
Olmo-Hybrid-Think-SFT-7B is best fit for general-purpose chat and instruction-following workloads. Treat this as a starting matrix rather than a benchmark verdict — the right deployment usually depends on the specific evaluation suite that mirrors your workload.
OLMo-Detect: A Multi-Stage, Confounder-Controlled Benchmark for Membership Inference on Large Language Models
arXiv:2610.02986v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Membership inference on large language models (LLMs) aims to determine whether a given text sample was included in an LLM's training data, without access to its training corpus. Despite recent progress, existing benchmarks suffer from three limitations
Introducing Olmo-core 3: Open, scalable training infrastructure for large MoEs
Olmo Hybrid: From Theory to Practice and Back
arXiv:2604.03444v4 Announce Type: replace-cross Abstract: Recent work has demonstrated the potential of non-transformer language models, especially linear recurrent neural networks (RNNs) and hybrid models that mix recurrence and attention. Yet there is no consensus on whether the potential benefits

Olmo 3
arXiv:2512.13961v2 Announce Type: replace Abstract: We introduce Olmo 3, a family of state-of-the-art, fully-open language models at the 7B and 32B parameter scales. Olmo 3 model construction targets long-context reasoning, function calling, coding, instruction following, general chat, and knowledge
