Model Detail
Solar-Open2-250B-Nota-INT4
—Solar-Open2-250B-Nota-INT4 is a code generation model with 250B parameters released by nota-ai. The model is registered under the text-generation pipeline tag on Hugging Face, distributed under a other license.
Solar-Open2-250B-Nota-INT4 ships with 250B parameters, distributed as a quantized weight variant for lower-VRAM inference. Total weight footprint is approximately 41.0 GB, which is the relevant figure when planning local-inference VRAM. Distribution is governed by the other license — review the exact terms before commercial deployment.
Solar-Open2-250B-Nota-INT4 is best fit for code completion, repository-scale Q&A, and pair-programming integrations. It is a less obvious choice for one-shot generation of security-critical code without review. Treat this as a starting matrix rather than a benchmark verdict — the right deployment usually depends on the specific evaluation suite that mirrors your workload.
Virtual-Alloy Physics-Aware Semantic System for extrapolative prediction of perovskite solar cells
arXiv:2610.18949v1 Announce Type: cross Abstract: Existing machine-learning models for perovskite solar cells struggle to predict devices made from new materials. Most treat device layers as arbitrary categorical labels and represent perovskite absorbers either through featureless composition vector
Constructed regional photovoltaic generation fields improve ultra-short-term distributed solar forecasting
arXiv:2610.16110v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Ultra-short-term forecasting of densely distributed photovoltaic (PV) systems remains challenging because external meteorological and satellite products may not adequately resolve rapid local variations, while heterogeneous PV systems exhibit different
Autonomous 3D Visual-Thermal Inspection for Utility-Scale Solar Farms
arXiv:2610.17762v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Utility-scale photovoltaic (PV) inspection is dominated by aerial surveys, which are effective for identifying module-level hot cells but provide limited visibility of critical components located under the array, including connectors, cabling, fastener
Transfer Learning with Conformalized Quantile Regression for Solar PV Forecasting Under Load-Shedding-Driven Data Scarcity
arXiv:2609.26959v2 Announce Type: replace Abstract: Solar photovoltaic (PV) forecasting in regions affected by load shedding is challenging because reliable historical observations are scarce. This study proposes a transfer learning framework combined with Conformalized Quantile Regression (CQR) to
SOLAR: SVD-Optimized Lifelong Attention for Recommendation
arXiv:2603.02561v2 Announce Type: replace-cross Abstract: Attention mechanism remains the defining operator in Transformers since it provides expressive global credit assignment, yet its quadratic cost in sequence length N makes long-context modeling expensive and often forces truncation or other he
When Does Advection-Aware Graph Nowcasting Help? A Controlled Study of Distributed Solar Ramp Forecasting with a Self-Supervised Cloud-Motion Estimator
arXiv:2609.30286v1 Announce Type: cross Abstract: Short-term forecasting of cloud-induced power ramps across a network of distributed photovoltaic (PV) or irradiance sensors is a recognised pain point for grid operators. A natural idea is to make the graph neural network (GNN) advection-aware: conne
