arXiv:2610.12067v1 Announce Type: cross Abstract: Elucidating molecular structures from spectra is a foundational problem in chemical and materials characterization, yet remains challenging due to spectral ambiguity and the vast molecular space. Although recent diffusion-based generators show strong
arXiv:2609.37384v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Molecular representation learning is central to computer-aided drug discovery. Molecular graphs, SMILES strings, and 3D conformations provide complementary structural information, yet many multimodal approaches encode these views independently and alig
arXiv:2609.22179v1 Announce Type: cross Abstract: Stress detection using physiological signals has gained significant attention due to its impact on both physical and mental health. While existing approaches based on machine learning and deep learning achieve strong predictive performance, they ofte
arXiv:2609.17987v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: The traditional Batak Ulos weaving industry faces growing challenges in producing diverse, innovative motifs due to limitations in conventional, manually driven design methods. This study proposes a multimodal generative framework integrating a fine-tu
arXiv:2609.10923v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Graph captions should help readers understand graph structure, rather than simply translate adjacency matrices into long textual edge lists. A useful graph caption abstracts connectivity into recognizable motifs, such as hubs, paths, cycles, cliques, a
arXiv:2607.17481v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Motif discovery, the search for recurring patterns within a time series, is a core primitive of exploratory data analysis. A pattern, however, is defined by its duration, which analysts rarely know in advance. To resolve this unknown duration, an inter
arXiv:2607.10531v1 Announce Type: cross Abstract: Recent advances in LLMs and existing work on programming by demonstration have made it possible for end users to create automations by explicitly demonstrating their behavior to LLMs. However, these approaches rely on the assumption that users know w
arXiv:2605.29526v2 Announce Type: replace-cross Abstract: Ever-evolving transaction patterns have significantly hindered anomaly detection on emerging cryptocurrency blockchains due to the vast number of addresses and diverse anomalous behaviors. Recently, advanced Graph Anomaly Detection (GAD) appr
arXiv:2606.02629v1 Announce Type: cross Abstract: Protein-protein interactions (PPIs) are essential for many biological processes. However, existing PPI prediction approaches suffer from two major limitations: they overlook the hierarchical organization of proteins, particularly meso-scale motifs th
arXiv:2606.01176v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Real temporal interaction streams carry predictive structure in short-horizon motif patterns -- repetition, reciprocity, star diversity, triadic flow -- that vanilla temporal graph neural networks (TGNNs) often fail to expose to their edge scorers. We
arXiv:2606.00107v1 Announce Type: cross Abstract: Electrocardiography (ECG) remains central to cardiovascular screening, yet interpretation remains largely manual and episodic. Clinical practice relies on brief resting ECGs and, when required, long-duration ambulatory recordings, both generating dat
arXiv:2604.16503v2 Announce Type: replace-cross Abstract: Training strong video generation models usually requires massive datasets, large parameter counts, and substantial compute. In this work, we ask whether strong text-to-video quality is possible at a much smaller budget: fewer than 10M clips a
arXiv:2605.15460v1 Announce Type: cross Abstract: Cross-modal hashing enables efficient retrieval by encoding images and text into compact binary codes. State-of-the-art methods rely on semantic similarity graphs derived from user interactions for supervision, yet these graphs encode sensitive behav
arXiv:2502.16060v5 Announce Type: replace-cross Abstract: Foundation models are reshaping EEG analysis, yet an important problem of EEG tokenization remains a challenge. This paper presents TFM-Tokenizer, a novel tokenization framework that learns a vocabulary of time-frequency motifs from single-ch
arXiv:2605.13297v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Periodic crystals repeatedly instantiate similar local coordination motifs across translated cells and chemically related structures, but current equivariant atomistic models usually encode these patterns only implicitly in dense edge features. We intr
